Class Details 

Current Class Dates:

A standard terms consist of 6 weeks of classes with one class per week with terms running consecutively. A six week term may be carried over more than six weeks should classes need to be rescheduled for any reason.

Which Class is best for me?

Beginners:
For those who are new to Pilates or returning after a long break. Learn the fundamental movements with the emphasis on technique. Incorporating strength, mobility and stretching movements.

Improvers:
For those who have completed one beginner’s course. A class with the understanding that the participants know the basic Pilates exercises, allowing some modifications to be introduced. This class is usually mixed with the beginners class with modifications added to increase difficulty.

Intermediate:
For those who have completed at least two or three beginner’s course. A faster paced class with more difficult variations of the basic Pilates exercises. 

Semi-Private/Personal:
Small group classes or personal classes designed for you to train in Pilates with a friend or small group of friends. Please call to discuss price.

Personal/Group Training:

Personal or Small group training designed  to offer total body conditioning, strength training, cardiovascular, nutritional advice and the incorporation of Pilates for you. Please call to discuss price.

Deposit of €20 to secure your space as class sizes are limited

 

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Poise Pilates run classes in blocks of 6 weeks. All classes must be paid for in full and in advance of the first class. All payments are non-refundable. Please attend your first class 10 minutes early to complete a health screening form. If for some reason you cannot attend one of your classes we require a 24 hour notice period and will do our best to accommodate you in an alternative class. Class rates cannot be prorated if you attend less than the 6 weeks and cannot attend an alternative class. Exceptions to the above policy are at the discretion of Poise Pilates and are non-negotiable.

T&C's for Special Offer

Offer only applies to a single 6 week term and can not be used accross two terms. Both parties must sign up for a full 6 week term and pay in full to be eligable for the offer.  Can be applied to an additional term if you bring a different person to another 6 week term. Offer can not be transfered across terms. Offer applies to both current and new members.
